Leslie Hachtel wants to know: What is your favorite spring flower and why? Is it the scent? A memory? The irony is not lost on me that despite being 2/3 of the way through April and writing about spring flowers, it is going to snow here in Southern Missouri today. We were just out covering all the lovely new growth on our plantings from last year. It was our first summer in the new house we built and many of our trees are young and need a little TLC. I can’t believe April is almost here already. What’s happening?!!! This week Brenda Margriet asked the bloggers, “Buried treasure. Ghosts. Locked room murders.
