Romance Writers Weekly ~ Renovation Romance

A.S. Fenichel Posted on February 23, 2021 by A.S. FenichelFebruary 23, 2021

Welcome back! The fabulous Jenna Da Sie gave us this weeks topic. If you could renovate one room in your house, which one would it be and why? Those of you who follow me, might know that my husband and I built a brand new house in Missouri just two years ago. Thankfully, I’m not sick of any of the rooms yet. LOL However, the one thing we haven’t finished is the wine cellar. Sounds fancy, right? Not really. We live in MO where tornadoes are a real threat. That being the case, under our front porch, surrounded by 16 … Continue reading →

Romance Writers Weekly ~ I Love Food

A.S. Fenichel Posted on February 16, 2021 by A.S. FenichelFebruary 16, 2021

Let’s talk about food. What’s your favorite food or dish? Does it evoke a memory or is it something new that you adore? I LOVE FOOD!!!! I can’t stress this enough. My husband, our best friends and I have dedicated entire days to hopping from one place to another to sample their signature dishes. It’s so much fun. We also like a well crafted cocktail. LOL On our honeymoon, Dave and I went to Italy and spent the first six days at a cooking school in Tuscany. It was fabulous. All the recipes we learned at that school are wonderful … Continue reading →

Valentine’s Blog Hop

A.S. Fenichel Posted on February 13, 2021 by A.S. FenichelFebruary 13, 2021

Thank you, Aubry Wynne, for sharing your book, A Wicked Earl’s Widow, and for your Valentine’s gift of a story. Keep reading and don’t forget to comment to go into the draw for the Grand Prize of a gift card (USD75 value). Here is a little bit of story that happened in the background of my upcoming book Not Even For A Duke. It’s part of the Wallflowers of West Lane series. You can find the series at http://asfenichel.com/books Miss Ester Stein stood at the door to the library watching Malcolm Renshaw search for something he’d yet to explain. She … Continue reading →

Romance Writers Weekly ~ Happy Valentine’s Day!

A.S. Fenichel Posted on February 9, 2021 by A.S. FenichelFebruary 9, 2021

Welcome back to the RWW blog hop. This week Leslie Hachtel gave us our topic. We’re coming up on Valentine’s Day. What is your dream gift to receive this year? My hubs and I usually keep Valentine’s Day pretty simple. He buys me flowers and maybe we’ll go out to dinner. We are very big on cards and always get each other nice cards. I’ve been saving the cards and notes from him since we met 18 years ago. This year, I’m not sure about going out to dinner. Though, we have a few restaurants in the area where we … Continue reading →

Romance Writers Weekly ~ Travel Where?

A.S. Fenichel Posted on January 26, 2021 by A.S. FenichelJanuary 26, 2021

Leslie Hachtel asked, If it was safe to travel again, where would you go if you could go anywhere. And why? First: I have to go see my mother. It’s been far far far too long….. 🙁 Then: We had a trip planned for Maine last fall and of course, it had to be cancelled. I would definitely go there first. I’ve always wanted to see Maine and Acadia National Park. I want to eat lobster and walk on the rocky shore. I want to talk to people with that Mainer accent and see all there is to see at … Continue reading →
