Romance Writers Weekly ~ What’s your Jam?
Name something in your writing that you do really well. It can be a trope or the way you write your heroes. Tell us why this works for you and why readers love it.
I write strong female characters and wonderful beta men. You probably won’t find big alpha guys who have to have everything their way and bully everyone around them. What you will find are women who know what they want or at least, what they don’t want. You’ll also find women who have strength regardless of the period I’m writing in. Even the ones who seem meek have strength, you just have to look a little deeper.
The other thing I’m proud of is, I write very believable and natural dialogue. It’s not stiff and hard to imagine. My characters are real to me and speak naturally.
Feel free to name anything else you’ve noticed in my books.
