Spring is good. I like to see nature come back to life.

If I’m honest, and I usually am, I love summer. I love the heat and how everyone is outside. I love how green everything is and the way the Ozarks dip and rise with shadows and light. I love the beaches in my home state of New Jersey and growing vegetables. I love that I can pick fresh herbs from my garden here in Missouri every night when I start dinner. I love the smell of fresh cut grass and the way the old oaks shade the ground.
