Here’s today’s prompt. Did you celebrate the 4th of July? Care to share a recipe? What’s the favorite dish at your celebration and why?

We did celebrate with some friends. It was soooo hot, that we stayed inside and let the men do the grilling. One of my favorite things to make on the grill is corn on the cob. I like to shuck the corn and put it in a storage bag with seasoning and olive oil. I rub it around really well and then we put the corn on the grill and turn it. It takes about ten minutes. The corn comes out sweet and delish and no butter or anything else is needed.
