Romance Writers Weekly ~ Happy New Year
Happy New Year! Do you have big plans for 2022? Did you make any resolutions, set goals, or map out a schedule? Tell us all about it.
I am a BIG goal setter. Every December I sit down with my planners (yes, more than one) and think about what I want to accomplish in the coming year. I look back on last year’s goals and see how I did. I decide if I want to continue with the same goals or move my life in a new direction.
This year, I have lofty goals for my writing that includes 2 or 3 novels by A.S. Fenichel plus I’m part of an Anthology. With my new Pen Name Andie Fenichel, I plan to write 10 novellas. I know it sounds like a lot, but I really enjoy the short book writing process. It’s a wonderful break from the longer more intense books, which I also love.
I will be more organized in my processes for posting on social media. I have a planner dedicated just to getting the word out to you all. I’m very hopeful this will keep me moving forward with the social sights I enjoy most like, Instagram and Facebook.
On the personal front, I’m doing a 30-day yoga challenge and will continue to walk every day. In the winter that means the treadmill, but I’ll be back outside come spring.
What about you? Any great plans for 2022?
