This week I wanted to see decorations. LOL A.S. Fenichel – Are your decorations up? We’d love to see some pictures and if you have an ornament with some special meaning, how about the story?

I love all the decorating for the holidays. Despite that fact that I didn’t grow up with any Christmas traditions, I had lots of Christian friends and two Christian husbands and I love the decorating and traditions. We even have The Feast of The Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve every year.

This year we have Simon, the new cat. It’s his first Christmas tree so I didn’t put up any of the breakable ornaments. I still think it turned out nice.
Still working on the stockings but I did an all new mantle this year. I really like all the white.
When I was little, every time my dad went on a business trip, he’d bring me a snow-globe back. I loved them and while they had nothing to do with the holidays, I can’t resist buying a good one. This was last year’s,
The square one is the one I bought this year. Santa was painted by my sister. The small globe is getting old and the water is clouded. I may have to retire it after this year.
