I know it’s been a while. I apologize. Life got the better of me for a few weeks, but I’m back in action. Writing my butt off and getting things together for submission.

My favorite place in the world is Italy. I’ve been a few times and my husband and I went for our honeymoon. It was his first trip and since he’s Italian we looked up where his family came from and visited the town. Without a doubt one of the best experiences of our lives.

We attended a cooking school in Tuscany. Every morning we would cook with a group of 11 people and the chef and then we’d eat and drink wine until it was time to tour some fabulous winery or village. The entire thing was magical.

My favorite place in Italy so far is Sorrento. It’s a town on the Amalfi coast in the south of Italy. Beaches and food and Lemon groves. We stayed at a small villa and walked everywhere. We lunched with views of the Mediterranean Sea and Mount Vesuvius while sipping limoncello with a cool breeze and perfect sunshine. Nothing could be better.
