The Year Ahead
I’ve set some goals for myself. I don’t like to call them resolutions. I think resolving only leads to failure and who wants to set themselves up to fail? Not me! I plan to really get my diet and exercise more constant. I did okay in 2019, but there is plenty of room for improvement. So I’ll be walking and doing yoga at least 4 days a week.
