Romance Writers Weekly ~ Whatcha’ Watchin’?
Welcome back. Today Fiona Riplee wants to find out some insights into the psyche of my mind by learning about what movie or Network series I LOVE to watch. She asks, what do you think the movie(s) or show(s) says about your creative personality?

But first…
So I’ve been thinking long and hard about this. I don’t watch a lot of shows.
Here’s my list: American Idol (No idea what I’m going to do next year), Deadliest Catch, Fixer Upper, Food Network whenever I have a free moment.
We watch baseball just about every night during the season. Football and a lot of Sports Center,
but this is really my husband and not me.
So what does all this say about me? No idea. I love music and food. I’m a baseball nut. Here’s the thing about me…Are you ready? I love a good story and most of these “shows” I watch have great real-life stories attached to them. I adore baseball, but I go nuts over the trials and tribulations of each player. Where did they come from? How did they get here? What did they have to overcome? That’s the gravy!
Even though sometimes I write scary stuff, I really can’t watch anything too bloody or scary because I have nightmares when I do. I’m just too influenced by the world and my brain has enough scary stuff in it already.
Can’t get enough? Go find out what Jenna Da Sie love to watch.
One last note: Don’t miss out on Deception for just .99¢
This is when I start to miss the fact we no longer have cable. We used to watch Deadliest Catch and the Food Network all the time. My husband got me hooked on Fast N Loud, too. I never would’ve watched it myself but once I watched a few episodes with him I was hooked. Those were the good old days. LOL.
I get so easily hooked on those real life TV programmes. Sometimes the stories in those are better than fiction, and so much more enjoyable to watch because of that.
And sports are big in our house, which is fine by me because it gives me more time to write!!
I get freaked out when I watch scary stuff too! However, I think I would have a hard time writing a scary novel. I don’t think my brain could think of something scary. Great blog!
