Romance Writers Weekly ~ Baby It’s Cold Outside
Hello sweet readers! I hope you’re keeping warm, but if you’re cold (like me) I hope this weeks RWW post gives you the warm and fuzzies.
This week it was me who said, It’s cold in most of the world. The best time of year to snuggle up with a good book, a cozy blanket and a warm fire. What book (type or author) are you reading and why? Tell us your favorites.
Ironically, it’s snowing it Texas today. What?! Yes. It’s snowing, making this the perfect time to talk about a good book snuggle.
For me the snuggle usually includes a cat or a dog, a cozy blanket, the fireplace blazing and … a romance novel.
I’m totally into Nalini Singh right now. She’s just a fabulous story teller.
I also have been reading Juliette Cross, Vampire Blood series. All are set with a fairytale backdrop. The Black Lily (Cinderella), The Red Lily (Little Red Riding Hood), The White Lily (Snow White). The Emerald Lily (Sleeping Beauty) comes out later this month and I CANNOT WAIT!
I read a contemporary Scoring With The Wrong Twin by Naima Simone just last week and it was fabulous. That one will break your heart and put it back together.
Look any of these up and you won’t be disappointed. I promise.
Now tell me, what are you reading?
Hop back for Leslie Hachtel or forward for Brenda Margriet. Whichever way yout go, just keep on hopping.
Read the first 30 pages and preorder
A Lady’s Honor now.
Ohhh that Juliette Cross series sounds great! I’ll have to read them.
Thank you, Jenna! I hope you get a chance to read. 🙂
Thanks so much for sharing with your readers, Andrea! XOXO
