Romance Writers Weekly ~ Where the Magic Happens

A.S. Fenichel / Andie Fenichel Posted on April 28, 2020 by A.S. FenichelApril 28, 2020

This week I bring you the topic. A.S. Fenichel – Tell us about where you write, edit or create. Do you have a special place? Do you need a cup of tea or coffee? Set the writer scene for your writing time. I like to edit at my desk and write elsewhere. I have a great office I share with my husband. I love it and I use it every day. I do all my blogging, editing, interviews, etc at my desk, on my laptop. Then, when it’s time to write, I need to not be tied to the structure … Continue reading →

Romance Writers Weekly ~ Recipe Swap

A.S. Fenichel / Andie Fenichel Posted on April 21, 2020 by A.S. FenichelApril 21, 2020

This week from Brenda Margriet – Recipe Swap time! Share your favourite dinner recipe. Can be as easy or complicated as you like. If you follow me at all, you know my hubs and I love to cook. It’s one of the things we love to do together, and we bicker at lot while we cook. Our close friends call this “show time” which is not very nice, but super funny. Many of our friends think we should have a reality cooking show, Cooking with Dave and Andie. I think that would ruin the fun. Here’s one of our favorite … Continue reading →

Romance Writers Weekly ~ 5 Things

A.S. Fenichel / Andie Fenichel Posted on April 14, 2020 by A.S. FenichelApril 14, 2020

Leslie Hachtel asked us to: Name five fun things to do while staying at home. Dave and I planted a few trees and worked on some other gardening projects. If the stay at home order continues, I’ll plant my anuals and herbs. I’m currently keeping them alive in the garage. On the nice days we go out and play catch. This is a funny one. I was the kid picked last on the baseball/softball team. Now as a middleaged woman, I can throw and catch pretty good. I have no idea why. Maybe because I didn’t watch baseball as a … Continue reading →

Romance Writers Weekly ~ A Girl Can Dream

A.S. Fenichel / Andie Fenichel Posted on April 7, 2020 by A.S. FenichelApril 7, 2020

This week’s topic comes from me. I asked my fellow authors, Other than the genre you write, what kind of books do you love to read and why? I love so many types of books. Mostly romance, but not entirely. I love fantasy and science fiction. I read contemporary romance, paranormal…. I read a lot of history for research and because I love it. I find all books a great escape. I love finding one that will carry me away and I’ll stay up all night to finish. I love characters who you want to hug and strangle at the … Continue reading →

Romance Writers Weekly ~ Spring Has Sprung

A.S. Fenichel / Andie Fenichel Posted on March 31, 2020 by A.S. FenichelMarch 31, 2020

This week out topic comes from Leslie Hachtel. She says, Spring is just around the corner. What are you most looking forward to? In Southern Missouri spring is already here. The trees have their sappy pale green leaves. The rain comes almost every other day. We have days in the 70s and then some in the 40s. We even had a day or two in the 80s last week. I live on a high point in the Ozark mountains, so its been quite windy. I most look forward to warm weather because I hate the cold. We started working on … Continue reading →
